Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the C.A.M.E.O mobile application (the "App") operated by C.A.M.E.O ("we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App provides a platform for event management and real-time communication. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
To use certain features, you must create an account using your email or Google Sign-in. You are responsible for:

Zero-Tolerance Policy: C.A.M.E.O. maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding any form of objectionable content or abusive behavior. This includes, but is not limited to, hate speech, harassment, threats of violence, sexually explicit material, and content that promotes discrimination. Any user found to be in violation of this policy will have their account terminated immediately and permanently, without prior warning or refund.
To ensure a safe and respectful community, the App provides the following safety features:
You retain ownership of content you submit through the App (messages, photos, event details). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the App's services.
You are solely responsible for the content you share. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
The App may send push notifications for messages, event updates, and other relevant information. You can manage notification preferences through your device settings at any time.
The App and its original content (excluding user-submitted content), features, and functionality are owned by C.A.M.E.O and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
The App uses third-party services including Google Firebase for authentication, data storage, cloud functions, and push notifications. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
In accordance with our zero-tolerance policy outlined in Section 3, accounts found to be in violation of our content and conduct guidelines will be terminated immediately and permanently. Users whose accounts are terminated for policy violations are prohibited from creating new accounts.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, C.A.M.E.O shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from user content or interactions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App or on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
